Opportunities for individual support

We need your support to meet our fundraising challenges in 2009 and looking ahead to 2011, when Museum of Liverpool will open. There are currently three major capital projects ongoing with National Museums Liverpool and a gift of any size will make a tremendous difference to our work! If you would like to discuss how you can support capital project work at Museum of Liverpool, International Slavery Museum or Lady Lever Art Gallery please contact James Hernandez for further information on 0151 478 4734.

There are a number of ways in which you can support us today:

Become a Member

Our members receive 15% discount. Join our new membership scheme, offering a chance for you to get closer to your favourite museums and galleries and to support the work of National Museums Liverpool.

One off donations

Cheques can be posted to Development Office, National Museums Liverpool, National Conservation Centre, Whitechapel, Liverpool L1 6HZ. Please make all cheques payable to National Museums Liverpool and include a note of which capital project you would like your donation to support.

Regular giving

In addition we welcome gifts by standing order, allowing you to spread your donation over a number of years. Download standing order form.

If you are eligible to claim a higher rate tax, you can make a substantial donation and spread the cost over five years. For example: This makes a donation of £275 a month a total donation of £25,000 after five years.

If you qualify for gift aid, please print off a Gift Aid Declaration form to include with your donation. This will enable us to add 28% to your donation at no extra cost to you. For example: If you donate £100 and we can claim Gift Aid on your donation, your gift will total £128.

Public Appeals

We will be launching a public appeal for Museum of Liverpool in the future but you can donate towards the project by cheque or online - and every penny counts.

Give online

You can donate directly to both capital projects securely through our online giving website.
