Stuart Milk, the global LGBT human rights activist and political speaker, nephew of civil rights leader Harvey Milk and co-founder of the Harvey Milk Foundation, will open OUTing the Past 2017 at Museum of Liverpool on Saturday 25 February at 10am.

More than 100,000 people have visited Animal Mummies Revealed since the exhibition opened at the end of October last year. The first exhibition in the UK exploring ancient Egyptian animal mummies closes at World Museum in Liverpool on Sunday 26 February after its crowd-busting run.

Victorian Treasures

Description
The impressive extent of National Museums Liverpool's Victorian art collection will be revealed in a new exhibition at the Walker Art Gallery. Victorian Treasures, which runs from 27 January to 7 May 2017, brings together more than 60 outstanding paintings and watercolours from the art collections of the Lady Lever Art Gallery, Sudley House and the Walker itself.
