HLF Skills for the Future in partnership with the NWFED

The programme set up traineeships in Manchester and Salford as a means of diversifying the workforce of the heritage/cultural sector. Trainees worked towards gaining an NVQ qualification while partner institutions have developed an understanding of issues affecting disabled visitors and have improved their offer in their organisations.
