Tom is responsible for and supports a large team of front of house staff in the delivery of a first class and seamless visitor experience.

Tom Twigg joined National Museums Liverpool in 1986 and has held managerial positions at each of National Museum Liverpool's public venues in a visitor service capacity before taking responsibility for all public venues as Head of Visitor Service's.
