Tracey heads the marketing and communications team at National Museums Liverpool. She is responsible for audience development across the museums and effective communications with visitors and stakeholders.

She joined National Museums Liverpool in 2005, and previously worked at the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council.

Tracey is a fellow of the RSA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
