Building management

Building management staff cover the operational building, mechanical and electrical disciplines for the whole estate. Roles include contracts and maintenance officers, electrical officers, building inspectors, building surveyors and building administration officers. The department also has a team of joiners, electricians and painters to construct and maintain exhibitions with a secondary role as general maintenance and installation for the estate.

Security

The security department is responsible for security across all venues ensuring that staff, collections and the buildings are protected and secure.

Housekeeping

The housekeeping staff play a vital role in maintaining standards of hygiene throughout the estate which promotes a positive image and provides an enjoyable experience for our visitors.
