Careers at NML
Learning officers are responsible for unleashing the potential of museums collections as a learning resource for all ages. They play a key role in developing learning opportunities which are both informal and curriculum based.
Demonstrators are the people whose job it is to captivate and inspire the thousands of visitors to our venues, through innovative display, interpretation and ensuring that every visitor is engaged on their own level.
Outreach officers lead on a range of programmes to extend learning to hard to reach groups and engage people who would not otherwise visit our venues. Groups include young people, the elderly, families, ethnic minority communities, refugees and asylum seekers, disabled people and adults with special educational needs.
