Marketing

The marketing team devise and deliver targeted marketing campaigns for our museums and galleries, exhibitions, events and learning programmes, promoting the organisation and the collections.

Communications

The communications office liaises closely with the media to generate coverage for NML activities, including publishing press releases, managing press and PR events, acting as spokespeople for the organisation and advising staff on press and PR issues.

Fundraising

Our development office oversees all fundraising, grant applications and corporate events within the organisation. Their aim is to gain financial support from fundraising through individuals, trusts, foundations, businesses and public funders on a local and national level.

Research

The research team are responsible for collecting visitor data, audience profiles and visitor feedback for all venues, reporting this information directly to senior staff and government.
