Retail and information staff work within our shops and information desks in a number of venues. Duties cover all aspects of retail including sales, merchandising, overseeing publications and managing stock and takings. They also have a vital role in providing information and direction to our visitors, managing bookings for events and answering general enquiries.
Catering and conference staff provide all in-house catering, managing our cafes and restaurants for staff and visitors. The conferencing team also oversee all requirements for conferences and functions that are held in our venues.
