Strategic Lead People
Our people are at the heart of our organisation so we are looking for fast paced HR Leadership expertise that can help us deliver National Museums Liverpool’s mission and strategic objectives by ensuring our people agenda enables colleagues to bring their best to the business and our customers.
You will need to translate the organisation strategy into a measurable people plan that builds on what we do well, identifies gaps and how to bridge them and helps us create a compelling culture in which to work.
This is seen as a transformational assignment, developing our organisational culture, with the aim of modernising the approach of the HR team in supporting and advising the wider organisation. We want our managers to be able to secure the best from their teams, supported by expert HR partners and an HR infrastructure to help make this happen across our business.
Reporting through our Director of Business Services & Governance you will have a direct connection to the Executive Team and Board through the people plan and transformation of the HR approach.
We are seeking proven HR leadership expertise with the ability to leverage internal and external support to deliver tangible progress and real outcomes in a 6 month period.
If you believe you are able to do this – we want to hear from you. Please submit a letter of application (no more than four sides) which outlines why your expertise makes you suitable for this opportunity. Please make your submission to Louise Parnell, Executive Director of Business Services & Governance: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to discuss this opportunity please contact Louise at this email address to arrange this.
The deadline for submissions is Thursday 16th November at 12 noon.
Interviews will be held on Friday 30th November.
