Jenkins' barrage map
A cyclostyled barrage map showing a bombardment timetable and German positions. The map was issued for the opening of the 3rd Battle of Ypres. A handwritten note on the reverse reads: "31st July 1917 4:10am I have reached my Objective viz C.29.D.1.5 R O Jenkins 2nd/Lieut 2 Platoon A Coy". The map is folded and muddy.
