3D laser scanning for artists

selection of images showing art installations

Selection of art installations where 3D laser scanning has been used

We provide artists with a bespoke range of modern and traditional services to assist in the realisation of their artistic vision. We have extensive skills and many years' experience in creating small intricate works, sculpture enlargement and large scale public art in a myriad of organic and synthetic materials for artists, designers and architects.

Non-contact 3D laser scanning enables maquettes (or any object) to be recorded to sub-millimetre accuracy and resolution. The resulting 3D data sets can be used in a variety of applications including sculpture enlargement, replication, visualisation, and digital manipulation and modelling. Our services include:

  • 3D laser scanning;
  • 3D CAD design;
  • sculpture enlargement;
  • 3D visualisation;
  • replication;
  • moulding and casting;
  • project management;
  • installation.
