Conservation technologies holds regular two-day courses offering students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of laser cleaning.
The course includes:
The course, which comprises lectures, case studies, practical work and discussion, attracts participants worldwide.
Courses are normally run four times a year with a maximum of only five places on each course.
Intended audience: conservators, conservation scientists and others with an interest in conservation, working for museums, public bodies, charities and other non-profit making organisations.

This one day course comprises of a series of lectures, practical demonstrations, case studies and opportunity for discussion.
It is aimed at all those working within the heritage field who would like to develop a basic understanding of laser scanning and its uses, including museum curators, conservators, conservation officers, archaeologists, virtual reality providers, exhibition designers, surveyors and other commissioners of 3D recording work.
