Christopher studied at the Royal Academy of Art, London. He is both a traditional sculptor and one of the very few people to be able to sculpt digitally using Freeform modelling technology.
Before joining National Museums Liverpool he was a freelance sculptor working for such prestigious companies as Rolls Royce, Royal Doulton and had many public and private commissions. He was ‘artist in residence’ at the Museum of Science and Industry during the Intersculpt Exhibition in 2003.
His remit for the conservation technologies department at National Museums Liverpool is to produce new products for commercial exploitation.
