How to make a fundraising complaint
National Museums Liverpool is registered with the Fundraising Regulator, an independent body that sets standards for charitable fundraising. Being registered with the Regulator means we pledge to stand by its Fundraising Promise and ensure that our fundraising methods are of the highest standard - always legal, honest, open and respectful.
We hope we will never give you cause to make a fundraising complaint. However, if you would like to contact us, we promise we will always take your complaint seriously, and treat you politely and fairly. Please email your complaint to us on email@example.com.
Once we receive your complaint, we promise to contact you within five working days. If your complaint is more complex, we will be in touch to let you know how long we think the investigation will take.
If you are not satisfied with our response, please let us know and we will escalate your complaint to a member of senior management. If you are still unhappy, you can also contact the Fundraising Regulator, who will independently investigate your complaint.
