This is my footballer. He is wearing a white and blue football kit because he plays for Everton
My favourite football team is Everton because they always score loads of goals!
My favourite player is Wayne Rooney.
He plays up front in a number 18 shirt and he is only 18 years old.
This week he has been playing for England in the Euro 2004.
He scored 4 goals in 3 games. He sprained his ankle in the Portuguese match and was taken off. England were later beaten 5-6 on penalties.
Sadly England are on their way home today, having been knocked out of the competition.
