Operation Museum

Young people from Harold House Community Centre visited Liverpool Museum (the former name for World Museum Liverpool) during May half term.

The visit to the museum had a "secret agent" theme and the young people were split into three teams called Agent Martini, Agent Pierce and Agent 007%.

The teams completed tasks based on Liverpool Museum's displays including the Egyptian and Space and Time galleries.

The group took part in the World Costumes and Snakes Alive activities at the museum, giving them the chance to try on costumes from different world cultures and to take a close look at live snakes in the Natural History Centre.

Each member of the group then created their own web page about their visit at a Merseyside Youth Association web workshop. Gathered together on this site are the web pages the youth group created. They describe their visits in a fresh, imaginative and lively fashion.
