Join artist Hannah Fray to explore printmaking processes and create your own artwork inspired by colours and symbolism in our Life in West Africa gallery. We will learn about monoprinting, layering and colour combinations and creating prints without a press.

This session is part of the events programme for Lubaina Himid: Meticulous Observations and Naming the Money, which is on display at the Walker Art Gallery until 18 March. During this session you will be able to find out more about our objects and collections as well as the Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme.

This workshop will take place in the Anthony Walker Education Centre at the International Slavery Museum, located on the 3rd floor of the Merseyside Maritime Museum on Albert Dock.
