Are you interested in a career within the museums and cultural sector? Join us for a week-long course to learn about the work of different teams within the International Slavery Museum and get hands-on work experience within a museum context.

During this free course, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams including our Visitor Hosts, Education Team, Curators and Marketing staff to find out about engaging visitors in our museum collections, explore how we look after and collect our objects and find out what goes putting an exhibition together and promoting it. The course will be a mix of taught elements and practical tasks for participants to demonstrate the skills they have gained.

This is a not to be missed opportunity for anyone looking to further their understanding of working with the cultural sector.
