Porcelain vase with baluster body, high neck with flaming mouth, spreading base. Painted in famille verte enamels, some gilding, panels on dotted green ground inset with lotus scrolls. Typical Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period (1662-1722 AD). A 'phoenix-tail jar,' popular with late 19th c. European collectors.
