Description: Figure of Shou Lao, god of Long Life, holding a staff, on which hangs a gourd, in his right hand and in his left a peach. Yellowish white soapstone, clouded with red. He stands on a dark mottled brown soapstone base, mounted on a plinth of similar material, which is hollowed out underneath and pierced on the front with two panels of trellis pattern.
