Join artist Hannah Fray and learn how to draw on to a drypoint plate, ink it up and use an etching plate with chine-collé to produce a print.

Chine-collé is a collage technique that can be used to introduce areas of colour during the printing process. Drypoint is an intaglio print making technique developed in the 15th century. Traditionally it is done by scratching or incising a line into a metal plate although in this workshop participants will be using a plastic plate to achieve similar results. This workshop is suitable for beginners and all materials will be provided.
