Join the Japan Society North West to celebrate the Tanabata or Star Festival.

The festival originates from a legend where two stars are only allowed to meet once a year. Write your own wishes on special strips of paper to hang on bamboo branches. Create paper lanterns and chains and try origami.

Suitable for accompanied children aged 10 years and under.

This event is part of the Edo Pop: Japanese prints exhibition.
