The Lady Lever Art Gallery offers a wide range of activities, sessions and resources for education and community groups of all ages.
Calling all teachers! Exclusive education evening
Friday 29 September, 6-8pm at the Museum of Liverpool
Teachers - join us for a free open evening. Expert education staff will be on hand to show you how National Museums Liverpool’s education offer at all of our museums and art galleries can compliment learning in the classroom, and give you a taster of what we provide.
Pick up a free resource pack, and enjoy a glass of wine or hot drink on arrival. There will be free entertainment and tours throughout the evening.

Education sessions are free of charge and usually link to the national curriculum through our collections and displays. Many sessions are led by a member of our team, while some are self-led. Booking well in advance is advised.

Schools and groups can also pre-book our activity rooms, including lunch facilities.
Preparing for your visit
We strongly advise that all teachers and accompanying adults visiting the gallery with a group read the following guidance notes.This will give you all the practical information you need to ensure that you have an enjoyable and productive visit, including sample risk assessments.
Whether you're visiting the gallery or would like to use activities in the classroom, we have a number of resources available including notes for teachers, booklets for children, a trail, a sketchbook and online quizzes and games.
