Booking a group visit
Before you get in touch
Please see the planning a visit page, which has a lot of useful information to help ensure that you get the most out of your visit.
Booking a specific session
We offer lots of themed sessions for groups on a huge range of subjects. Before you make a booking please have a look through our learning sessions database, which you can filter in order to find the sessions that are suitable for your age range and the subjects that you are studying.
When you find a session that you are interested in you can make a booking enquiry direct from the session page. Please note that some sessions are only available on set days or times, as detailed in the database. We cannot offer these at different times.
Booking a general visit
Please complete our general enquiry form to book a general visit.
Confirmation of your booking
You will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number, usually within a week. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have sent your reference number. If you do not receive one then please get back in touch.
If you have any questions then please get in touch, preferably by completing the general enquiry form, or call the bookings team Helen, Laura and Rhian, on 0151 478 4788.
Please note that we do experience very high numbers of phone calls at peak times and use a call filtering system so we can prioritise the most pressing requests. If you leave a message we will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within three working days. If you are booking a trip very far in advance it may take a little longer to get back to you - please be patient while we process your request.
