The Charter created by Paul O from Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School in Liverpool. The text reads:
"Put 3 or more Global Action Points:
* Governments should take steps to stop children being taken out of their country illegally.
* Children who come into a country as refugees should have the same rights as the children born in that country.
* Governments should not allow children under 15 to join the army. Children in war zones should receive special protection.Put 3 or more Local Action Points:
* To let children speak freely and give them the right to say what they want where they want (with some exceptions eg don't let them swear etc).
* All organisations concerned with the children should work towards what is best for the child
* Governments should respect Children's right to name, a nationality and family ties. "
