HMS Victory inboard works. Reference number DF/1765/3
HMS Victory, constructed in Chatham, was launched on 7 May 1765. She was a popular flagship vessel due to her superior sailing qualities and was chosen by Admiral Lord Nelson when he was Commander in Chief of the Mediterranean Fleet.
