This display features Christmas cards displayed on planets surrounding a central planet Earth. An angel floats above the Earth and two ribbons of text wrapped around it read:
'Send greetings round the world...
... to friends both near & far away
A cardboard cut-out of Father Christmas below it it gesturing towards a card which reads:
Send a message just to say...
all happiness on Christmas Day

However the negative number is not visible on this image and has not yet been found, so any information in the original documentation cannot be referenced. It is therefore not known where this display was, or why it was photographed.
This photograph is one of the images in a new range of Christmas cards for 2008 which are now available to purchase. All proceeds support National Museums Liverpool.
