W J Willett Bruce

Superintendent Engineer for White Star Line in Liverpool c 1900-30.

William Joseph Willet Bruce, was Superintendent Engineer for White Star Line in Liverpool c 1900-30. He was related to White Star's chairman J Bruce Ismay via the latter's mother, Margaret Ismay (nee Bruce). He eventually became an Engineer Captain, RNR and was awarded the OBE.
