That was where The Pool was there, that’s the Sailors Employment Exchange on Mann Island, and the Mission was directly opposite. So apart from St George’s Hall and Atlantic House we would never leave this area. We would go up to Lime Street but don’t be kidded that Lime Street was part of 'Sailortown'. Everyone went to Lime Street, only we went here, nobody else. Plus the office workers that were working there but if you didn’t have cause to go there you didn’t go down there.
