Lusitania glass panel
One of a pair of decorative glass panels from the wardroom of Lusitania. The lender’s grandfather worked as a joiner, overhauling Cunard ships. It was removed shortly after the launch due to another panel being damaged. It was kept in his workshop for some time but eventually went to the family home where it was stored until being lent to the museum.
