• Roast beef, served with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes
• Roast loin of pork with roast potatoes apple sauce and crackling
• Herb crusted salmon accompanied by crushed potatoes and water cress

Followed by;

• Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream and butter scotch sauce
• Orange tart with passion fruit sorbet
• Raspberry mousse
