The new Museum of Liverpool will reflect all aspects of the city's culture, drawing on National Museums Liverpool's extensive urban and social history collections.

While the museum is closed you can find out about some of the key areas of the collections in the following features:

  • King's Regiment - further information about the King's Regiment collection, formerly displayed in the City Soldiers gallery.

Online exhibitions

A variety of unusual artefacts from the museum are featured in our online exhibitions, which draw together objects and artworks from all of National Museums Liverpool's varied collections.

Donating items to the collections
