Museum of Liverpool themes and displays
In September 2009 National Museums Liverpool and Liverpool ECHO in the Community held a competition to appoint a class from a Merseyside-based school as Little Liverpool Designers.
The winning class were Class R from Kingsley Community School in Toxteth. Over the year ahead they will work with an artist to direct the final development of artwork for the Little Liverpool children's gallery in the new Museum of Liverpool.
National Museums Liverpool is working with the Liverpool Echo on this project supporting organisations and community groups across Merseyside.
Liverpool ECHO in the Community focuses on supporting worthwhile initiatives that cover a broad spectrum of activities. These include sport, arts, culture and education that help inspire young people and their families to improve social skills, confidence, vision and teamwork.
