Prototype soldier boy suit made for John Lennon for the Beatles’s second film ‘Help!’.

The suit was made in 1965 by Douglas Millings. Between late 1962 and 1967 Dougie and his son Gordon made all of The Beatles' suits for stage, film and touring, plus some of their everyday clothes.

The jacket from this suit is on display in The Beat Goes On exhibition at World Museum Liverpool until 1 November 2009.
