Sport online exhibition
Most people associate Liverpool with the two sports that it is most famous for, football and horse racing. However, as these sports-related items from across National Museums Liverpool's collections show, there is a much wider sporting tradition in the city and on the ships that sailed from here.
This online exhibition is the only place where you can see the following sports-related items gathered together. All of the objects represent different areas of the varied collections at National Museums Liverpool's venues. Some of the items shown are either delicate or light-sensitive, so they are not usually on public display.
