The Liverpool Overhead Railway closed in 1956, it once ran the full length of the docks. The art deco George's Dock Ventilation Tower provides ventilation for the Kingsway tunnel running underneath.

'Indigo Goat's photostream is a marvellous documentary that records sights and events in Liverpool and elsewhere in Britain, combining the panoramic with a love of detail.

It's also an affectionate record of Indigo Goat's many cats and especially international celebrity, Fred the Tabby Cat..'
