Bird's Custard Powder was invented by Alfred Bird in 1837 for his wife who had an allergy to eggs. The powder proved popular and it soon became a firm favourite for many Britons. The traditional 3 bird logo with red, yellow and blue stripes was created in 1929 and is now one of the most famous and iconic brand packaging styles in Britain.

Add a touch of nostalgia to your kitchen with this wonderful tea towel in Bird's Custard Powder blue with the 3 Bird logo on the front.
