For exquisite buildings in iconic locations, look no further than National Museums Liverpool. Host your event in one of our venues, each housing nationally and internationally important collections of stunning art and beautiful artefacts, right in the heart of Liverpool.

Our spaces enable us to host events for up to 1,000 guests, ranging from private dining, receptions, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, filming and meetings. Also available are three lecture theatres, all with integrated audio/visual technology and complimentary Wi-Fi.

New events space at World Museum

November 2017 saw the launch of an exceptional ground floor events space at World Museum, now available to book following an innovative redevelopment.

Situated in an area that was once part of the adjacent Technical School of Liverpool, which opened in 1901, the redevelopment makes a feature of the building's original architecture. Guests will be able to enjoy exquisite events in the shadow of historic painted plasterworks which adorn the walls and ceilings, depicting messages meant to inspire the students who studied in the building prior to it becoming part of the Museum. The breathtaking space even has its own private entrance.

world-rfwWhile maintaining the building's rich heritage, the redevelopment has also allowed our events team to incorporate modern technology in to the space, from adaptable up-lighting to brand new catering facilities. The versatile nature of the space means we can cater for small, intimate gatherings as well as larger events, with capacity for up 300 people.
