17th century art

The Walker Art Gallery's collection of 17th century art is rich in Dutch landscapes and portraits. It also features works from several Old Masters, including Rembrandt, Rubens, Poussin and Murillo. Many of the works originated in aristocratic collections built by people such as Charles I, the Duke of Devonshire and the Earl of Derby.
