Reverend E C Dewick

Tutor and Dean of St Aiden's College, Birkenhead (early 20th century)

Reverend Dewick was a lecturer in eccliastical history at the University of Liverpool as well as Tutor and Dean of St Aiden's College, Birkenhead. He was the son of Reverend E S Dewick (1844 - 1917) who was a well-known art collector. Many items from his collection were donated to museums by his son E C Dewick after his death, including the Walker Art Gallery and the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.
