Martin Clayton: Leonardo da Vinci through his drawings
Join us for an evening of art, culture and canapés at the Walker Art Gallery.
The event will include an engaging talk and Q&A from Martin Clayton, Head of Prints and Drawings at the Royal Collection Trust. He will explore Leonardo da Vinci’s extraordinary drawings – why he made them, how they were made, and what they tell us about the artist 500 years after his death.
You’ll also have exclusive, after-hours access to two of Liverpool’s most exciting exhibitions for 2019, Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing and Charles Rennie Mackintosh: Making the Glasgow style, as well as enjoying a sparkling drinks reception and specially-curated canapés.
The ticket price includes a copy of the Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing catalogue which features 200 works from the Royal Collection Trust. All online bookings are subject to a £1 transaction fee.
