Young boy's blue and white striped cotton sailor suit. Jacket with long sleeves, sailor collar and drawstring through bottom edge. Fastens down centre front with linen-covered buttons concealed by fly-front. Patch pocket on left breast. Two white linen tape ties at centre front of neckline.

Pair of matching shorts, with fly-front fastening and two side pockets.

Probably worn by John Ernest Tinne (1913-96)
