Whether you are an adult learner, student or casual enthusiast, you can enjoy a programme of free talks, lectures and study days on a range of subjects throughout the year at National Museums Liverpool. These include:

  • lunchtime gallery talks on works of art in the Walker and Lady Lever Art Galleries
  • afternoon workshops on a range of creative crafts at the National Conservation Centre
  • lunchtime talks by World Museum Liverpool curators in the Treasure House Theatre
  • plus many more one-off events linked to the permanent collections and temporary exhibition programme.

The upcoming programme is listed below. Most events are drop-in, with no need to pre-book. However, where indicated visitors will need to either collect a free ticket or ring to book a place in advance.

Women’s work revisited
