About this object

A head of a young man or a boy from a votive statuette possibly of the type of a temple boy. The head is round with a compressed forehead. The neck is short and broken. The nose is well defined with wide nostrils, the eyes are big and the eye lid corners meet each other, the lips are very thin. The boy has short hair and wears the Macedonia hat, the kausia.
