About this object

A small head of a young male from a votive statuette. The man's facial features are significantly faded but he has wide eyes with well defined eye lids. The nose is broken. His lips are thin and his hair is short with a short fringe at the forehead. The hair is made out of irregular lines at the crown of the head. The hair at the back of his neck and underneath the wreath is made out of deep vertical lines. There is a thick dark stain on the left side of the face.
