About this object

A small and round head of a young male from a votive statuette. The facial features have significantly eroded and the face has dark stains.The left side of the eye and the cheek have hacking marks suggestive of the excavation. The eyes are wide and slightly bulgy and the nose is well formed with wide nostrils. The lips are thin and smiling.The hair is short and wavy. The man wears a band or a wreath that has faded.
