About this object

A short and shallow, wide bowl, with a short circular base, and a conical lower body. The rim is flat rim and there are two side, small horizontal lugs by the rim. The bowl has creamy White Painted type decoration, with two circular bands in brown paint, along the upper exterior body and one along the rim. In its interior the bowl is of light red slip and has a brown circular band along the body. The interior base is covered in a spiral design of the same light red slip. A small part of the rim of the bowl has been restored but the two sides of the bowl seem uneven.
