About this object

Jug of buff clay with a splayed ring base, biconical, everted rim, and a ridge around the base of the neck. The jug is of Plain White type and it is wheel made. The jug would have had a vertical handle that is now broken.

Curator's note from archival correspondence: Maier proposed the Late Cypriot IIIA date for most of the wheel made Base Ring ware, correcting Tsielepi's date of Late Cypriot IIC.
