About this object

A wide and tall bowl with a tall ring base and a circular rim. The bowl has White Painted decoration of a creamy white slip which is rather grainy and which seems to have bursted during the firing process. There is thick dark brown circular band along the upper part of the body, the top and interior of the rim and the upper part of the interior body. Three circular brown bands are also around the interior base which is painted in a dark brown circle. There are some small cracks at the bottom and the interior of the base.
